Being a leader shouldn’t be about you. It is and must be about something bigger than you. It is about your employees, your team and your organization.
If you keep this in mind when making decisions and taking action, you will be successful. If you make leadership about you, making decisions and taking actions which benefit you at the expense of the employees, team and organization, you will be viewed as narcissistic and ineffective.
