Description

Some call it coaching and some call it advising. Regardless of what it is called, we advise and coach leaders to help them increase their professional impact, successfully navigate difficult challenges, and catalyze the growth of their organizations.

We firmly believe that an organization is only as effective as its leader(s), so as an advisor, we give advice and coaching designed to support and grow the leader. Our sole objective is the success of the leader.

Who is this for?

We work with leaders who are responsible for growing an organization through its people. In other words, we work with leaders who have direct reports, are responsible for making decisions impacting their organizations, and who welcome the opportunity to learn and grow.

Consulting

We work with senior leadership teams to meld organizational strategy, alignment, and culture by:

• Clarifying and simplifying the work of the organization
• Aligning and organizing people, processes, and resources
• Resourcing and allocating to align both with the priorities
• Evolving and developing team members to engage, retain and grow each
• Setting the direction of the organization

Facilitating/Team Leader

Harnessing the collective wisdom of the group in order to take strategic action

Teamwork and collaboration have now become necessary elements for organizational success. The challenge with this is that people are busier than ever, which means they do not have the desire or capacity to lead one more project or initiative even if it benefits the organization. Our experience tells us, however, that most people, when invited to a focused and purposeful discussion, will engage and offer constructive input. We facilitate and lead projects where the collective wisdom of a group is necessary for decision making and taking action.
